Proceeds from this event fund KC Infertility’s Family Building Grant program, providing financial aid to KC locals to help with treatment and adoption costs.
Participants of all fitness levels are encouraged to join us for the 5K run/walk event. Additionally, all ages are welcome to participate in a One Mile Awareness Walk and/or Kids Fun Run. If you are unable to join us at the event you can still show your support by signing up as a Virtual Runner.
The Course
Our new location is English Landing Park, in Parkville Missouri. The course begins across from the park pavilion on Busch Drive. The 5k run/walk course will be on city streets, paved paths and gravel. The 1 mile walk will be on the gravel riverfront path. Wear good shoes! Additional park info here.
T-Shirts & Medals!
All participants will receive a finisher medal. Additionally, all who sign up before the deadline are guaranteed a free T-shirt (after the 1st it’s first come first serve for sizing).
Race Day:
7:30-8:15 Walk-up registration and late packet pick-up
8:20 Announcements and National Anthem
8:30 5K Walk/run begins
8:40 1 Mile Awareness Walk begins
9:30 (Or after final 5K participant finishes) Kids Fun Run begins
10:00 Final announcements
